Financial Accountant – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Generate purchase and sales-related transaction documents like Purchase Orders and Invoices using Zoho Books.

• Support the tax team and tax agencies in preparing monthly and quarterly tax submissions by providing transaction documents and creating overview reports.

• Track and report client payments in Zoho Books; send overdue invoice notifications to clients.

• Assist in drafting customer purchase contracts based on standard templates.

• Notify management about overdue invoices and bills from suppliers and other vendors.

• Help prepare monthly offer lists and price lists, and update these on the company website.

• Review employees' monthly corporate expenditures and seek clarification when necessary.

• Contribute to enhancing templates and forms for transaction documents such as Purchase Orders and Invoices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance or accounting-related discipline.

• 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or analysis.

• Familiarity with transaction documents like Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Invoices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Ability and preference to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience with Zoho Books or similar software.

• Interest and willingness to learn more about the coffee distribution sector.

• Solid understanding and knowledge of currency, commodity trading, and derivatives trading.
