This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the financial establishment for new client accounts from the signing phase through the go-live stage and into steady operations.
• Prepare and reconcile transition budgets while overseeing the Transition Budget tracker during the go-live phase and for 90 days thereafter.
• Collaborate with Transition, On-Account, and Finance Leads to ensure accurate management of transition budgets.
• Coordinate journal entries pertaining to transition-related expenses with Corporate Accountants.
• Enhance budget tracking processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Support Finance Leads and review/sign off when Analysts identify budget risks or excesses.
• Oversee the Transition Team Site, managing user access, folder creation, and link updates.
• Create and refine transition plans across multiple simultaneous accounts.
• Function as the alternate Team Lead and primary contact for client transition leads as well as JLL Account representatives.
• Configure E1, Corrigo, and Bottom-line AP systems, including the initial Chart of Accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
• Administer bank account management and the setup of the PCard program.
• Address issues related to transition systems and enhance SOPs/checklists.
• Guide finance teams through the financial processes and procedures for new clients.
• Manage the client billing handoff, funding requests, funding log, billing, cash receipts, payments, and updates to the cash log.
• Complete ASC606 and Company Audit tabs, ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA, CA, or CPA is advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including significant involvement in client or account transitions/onboarding.
• Practical experience with an accounting/ERP platform (JD Edwards/E1, SAP, Oracle, or similar); direct exposure to E1/Corrigo/Bottom-line AP is preferred.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Familiarity with reporting and coordination tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ADO/Azure DevOps, SmartSheet).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Proven capacity to mentor or guide others through complex, deadline-driven tasks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Authentic client-facing experience.
• Commitment to client service and understanding of its importance.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, time-sensitive client transitions within a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
