Finance Transformation – Financial Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Define the financial architecture that aligns with accounting, controls, reporting, and target-platform requirements.

• Convert finance and regulatory requirements into comprehensive solution designs.

• Ensure proper data flows, controls, and integration with the broader architecture landscape.

• Work collaboratively with business SMEs, security, data, engineering, and operations teams to assess options and document decisions.

• Review and validate detailed designs for scalability, supportability, compliance, and alignment with target architecture.

• Assist in governance and design assurance activities across finance transformation projects.

• Shape the finance architecture for a significant long-term savings and retirement provider.

• Influence the target-state design to guarantee that solutions are fit for purpose, compliant, and ready for the future.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in finance architecture within the financial services sector or a highly regulated environment.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting, controls, and reporting requirements.

• Proven experience in translating business and regulatory needs into solution architecture and detailed design.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including business, technology, security, data, and operations.

• Experience in ensuring end-to-end solutions for scalability, compliance, and operational supportability.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Capability to balance business demands, regulatory requirements, and technical limitations.

• Comfortable working within complex, enterprise-scale environments.

• Availability until January 2027.
