Finance Transformation Domain Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in the design, development, and delivery of a designated financial domain.

• Offer consultation, insights, and recommendations regarding Cora and SUS financial system processes.

• Navigate solutions from the initial concept to delivery and production implementation.

• Identify deficiencies and spearhead standardization, integration testing, and validation prior to end-user rollout.

• Ensure that designs and developments adhere to government regulations, including SOX compliance.

• Evaluate and establish business financial processes and standards in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Convert business strategy and requirements into solutions for Corp, SBS, and OpCo end users.

• Engage in design session reviews to ensure conformity with business and financial government standards.

• Detect gaps during testing, deploy and assess solutions, and lead sprint activities.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of end-to-end financial system processes.

• Define and implement financial standards, procedures, metrics, and policies.

• Provide coaching and training to both internal and external business stakeholders.

• Act as the technical owner and primary contact for domain-specific solutions.

• Assist with transition readiness, go-live initiatives, and stabilization post-go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in a Finance-related discipline.

• Over 5 years of progressive and relevant experience.

• More than 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity (managing people or leading a process/project).

• Demonstrated ability to devise solutions and influence business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

• Strong problem-solving, team-building, and total quality management skills.

• Capability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and precedents to address various issues and make effective decisions.

• Proficiency in monitoring and controlling schedules and progress.

• Ability to collaborate across various functions within Sysco and with GPOs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized accounting/finance ERP systems, such as Workday.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
