Finance Systems Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete operation of NetSuite, encompassing multi-subsidiary configurations, chart of accounts, segments, scripting, workflows, release management, roles, and the segregation of duties.

• Manage integrations among Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, NetSuite, and the data warehouse.

• Develop month-end reconciliation procedures and establish exception alerts.

• Spearhead the selection and implementation of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration.

• Facilitate financial setups for each new legal entity.

• Create AI agents and automations for invoice classification, personnel-cost reconciliations, and accounting inquiries.

• Provide guidance to finance on new pricing strategies, geographical expansions, and audit preparedness.

• Potentially lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the organization grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance.

• Proficiency in SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and release management.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing an ERP or billing implementation or migration from start to finish.

• Familiarity with how Stripe data integrates into an ERP and the principles of revenue recognition.

• Experience in building integrations utilizing iPaaS or coding.

• Comfortable with SQL.

• Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes and associated controls.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with accountants, engineers, and auditors.

• AI-driven mindset; experience with tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

• Proven track record in automating workflows.

• Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome, or other usage-billing platforms, Deel/HiBob, n8n, dbt/BigQuery, or SOX/ITGC compliance in a pre-IPO or public company.

• Capacity to work within CET timezones.

• Must currently reside in a European country.
