Finance Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential financial tools including NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment.

• Manage user setups, roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, forms, saved searches, and dashboards.

• Diagnose and resolve financial system issues.

• Act as the primary liaison for Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams.

• Convert business processes and requirements into system solutions.

• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations utilizing standard integrations and iPaaS tools like Workato.

• Examine sync errors and rectify data inconsistencies.

• Assist with financial data imports, cleansing, deduplication, testing, governance, and controls.

• Create and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards.

• Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests.

• Manage and resolve system support inquiries.

• Document processes and solutions.

• Aid in delivering end-user training.

• Support configuration changes, sandbox testing, release readiness, and system updates under the Financial Systems Manager.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Operations, and Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in administering financial systems such as NetSuite (ERP), Ramp, Pigment, Ironclad, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Workato, including the creation and maintenance of integrations between systems.

• Understanding of accounting and finance processes, such as month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report.

• Capability to bridge technical systems work with the daily needs of Accounting and Finance.

• Skill in translating business requirements into system configurations and vice versa.

• Knowledge of CRM/CPQ/CLM tools and their influence on financial processes and data.

• Expertise in building reports, saved searches, and dashboards.

• Hands-on experience with data management, including imports, cleansing, and deduplication.

• Familiarity with internal controls and system governance concepts.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Capacity to troubleshoot issues across interconnected systems.

• Collaborative, service-oriented communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

• Bonus: Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or other customizations in NetSuite.

• Bonus: Experience utilizing AI and automation to improve financial operations.
