This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute and assess technically intricate financial and accounting processes, including reconciliations, budget management, and financial reporting.

• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and oversight of project or unit budgets.

• Generate financial reports and technical analyses to facilitate management and administrative decision-making.

• Aid in financial audits and compliance assessments by organizing and providing necessary information and documentation.

• Offer technical guidance to Financial Analysts I and II regarding the operational components of financial processes.

• Ensure adherence to TNC’s Code of Conduct and internal procedures, maintaining technical accountability for the accuracy of financial data, deadlines, and compliance with accounting and institutional standards.

• Safeguard the integrity, organization, and confidentiality of information under your purview, ensuring data traceability and reliability.

• Foster a workplace characterized by trust, transparency, and responsible financial resource utilization.

• Travel as required and in alignment with institutional guidelines.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, databases, and tools/forms for budget planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of experience in financial and accounting roles.

• Proficient in data analysis tools, Excel, and Power BI.

• Experience with financial and reporting systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills to engage with various hierarchical levels.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.

• Familiarity with report-update automation using tools such as Power Automate, Hyperion, and/or Office Connect is a plus.
