Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to research and engineering teams regarding financial reasoning, analysis, and decision-making.

• Create challenging finance-related tasks that are pertinent to the domain.

• Produce precise and well-structured solutions based on authentic financial practices.

• Assess AI model outputs using established rubrics.

• Deliver written evaluations on accuracy, judgment, and the quality of reasoning.

• Develop and enhance evaluation criteria and scoring rubrics specific to finance.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to maintain consistency and accuracy in training datasets.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the finance sector.

• Background at a reputable, top-tier organization or equivalent experience.

• Practical experience in evaluating LLM/AI model outputs against rubrics or structured scoring criteria is essential.

• Clear evidence of career advancement, demonstrated by progression such as Analyst → Associate → VP/Director.

• Availability to commit at least 35 hours per week during weekdays.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.

• Must be located in the United States.
