Finance SME – Stabilization & Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review and assess financial records, reports, management controls, policies, and practices that influence financial status and operational outcomes.

• Assist new accounts in achieving stability and ensuring adherence to FRMC Guidelines and JLL policies.

• Verify procedures against contractual agreements.

• Extract financial data from specified tools and provide analytical support.

• Evaluate and confirm the accuracy of accountants' work.

• Analyze MSA and SOW documents, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

• Grasp accounting processes for various contract types and their implications on financials.

• Review and interpret data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.

• Share data insights with relevant internal stakeholders.

• Engage with supervisors, Client Finance team members, and FRMC team members.

• Assist account teams in stabilizing processes and identifying areas of concern.

• Evaluate MSA and SOW standards and make judicious decisions accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-6+ years of accounting experience.

• Proven track record of reviewing multiple client accounts.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• In-depth understanding of accounting processes to validate the work of others.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with finance leads and internal team members.

• Competence in driving discussions independently with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Consistent adherence to values, principles, and work ethic.

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Quick learner of systems and processes.

• Experience with JD Edwards is advantageous.
