This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain financial, sales, and pipeline dashboards.
• Ensure that CRM data remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Analyze expenditures against the allocated budget.
• Contribute to the annual budget preparation and forecasting.
• Oversee the monthly billing cycle for AWS, GCP, and Azure services.
• Reconcile charges from cloud vendors with customer billing.
• Address discrepancies, handle credits, and respond to customer or vendor inquiries.
• Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Handle vendor invoices, payment requests, remittances, customer invoicing, collections, and payment application issues.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Aid in the preparation of financial statements.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Track and assess departmental spending against the budget.
• Report budget discrepancies to the leadership team.
• Provide analytical support for data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with employee expenses, vendor onboarding, contract and subscription records, and changing operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing scalable systems and controls.
• Report directly to the Senior Finance Manager.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and the Korea office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of pertinent experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Korean.
• A proactive, adaptable “get-things-done” attitude.
• Eagerness to take on responsibilities that extend beyond a defined job scope and support changing business needs.
• Strong motivation to learn, develop, and embrace new challenges.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools for data analysis, routine task automation, and workflow enhancement.
• Sound judgment in validating AI-generated outputs and managing sensitive information.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and cultural boundaries.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Unable to sponsor visas for this position.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Familiarity with the technology sector is a plus.
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP is desirable.
• Exposure to corporate income tax, sales and use tax, and other state and local tax issues is advantageous.
