Finance Manager, JV & MSA Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for designated joint venture and management services agreement emergency/urgent care facility operations.

• Collaborate with hospital partner Finance teams and Intuitive Health Finance personnel regarding financial reporting.

• Examine hospital partner accounting records and data to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting and operational metrics.

• Analyze and clarify key factors influencing financial performance.

• Conduct regular revenue cycle analysis.

• Present findings, insights, and suggested actions to management.

• Manage monthly reporting and lead monthly/quarterly financial reviews with hospital partners and Intuitive Health management.

• Assist with reporting requests from the healthcare-focused private equity investor.

• Direct and coordinate annual budgeting for assigned partner operations with various fiscal year-ends.

• Facilitate and guide new joint venture and management services agreement partners through Finance implementation processes.

• Recognize operational and financial enhancement opportunities and coordinate their implementation with hospital partner and Operations teams.

• Report directly to the VP of Finance and work closely with Operations and partner Finance and Accounting teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare.

• Audit experience is advantageous.

• Proven knowledge of financial statements, their interrelationships, and the underlying business operations.

• Proficient in quantitative modeling and analytical techniques, including operations analytics and financial forecasting.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously for competing internal and external clients.

• Take ownership and accountability for tasks/projects, ensuring timely delivery of analyses and high-quality final work products.

• Exceptional judgment, analytical skills, and decision-making ability.

• Advanced computer skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel (expert), PowerPoint (advanced), Word, and Outlook (intermediate).

• Experience with FP&A software is a significant advantage.
