This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and visual representations that encompass pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing performance, and account advancement.
• Convert data from CRM, marketing automation, financial systems, and BI platforms into actionable business intelligence.
• Design and sustain scalable Go-To-Market (GTM) reporting solutions.
• Analyze trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through sophisticated analysis.
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to develop financial frameworks for Account-Based Marketing.
• Set KPIs and measurement methodologies for account engagement, buying-group penetration, pipeline progress, conversion, and ROI.
• Examine account-level investments and results to inform budget allocation and optimization.
• Assess program effectiveness and suggest enhancements to revenue efficiency and marketing impact.
• Cultivate relationships with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Systems, and Executive Leadership.
• Provide guidance on planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in quarterly and annual planning, including target setting, investments, capacity planning, and growth strategies.
• Develop forecasting models that connect marketing and sales activities to pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Conduct scenario analysis and investment modeling.
• Enhance data governance, reporting consistency, and metric definitions.
• Automate manual reporting processes wherever feasible.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Finance, GTM Finance, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
• Significant experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Ability to distill complex datasets into practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.
• Capability or strong potential to recruit, mentor, develop, and lead analytics professionals.
• Data-driven mindset with a natural curiosity.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Competence in building credibility across various functions and navigating ambiguity.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging data to foster business growth.
• Commitment to analytical excellence, accountability, curiosity, and ongoing improvement.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting SaaS, technology, recurring revenue, or B2B companies.
• Preferred: Experience working directly with Sales and Marketing leadership teams.
• Preferred: Understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and performance measurement.
• Preferred: Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, or advanced analytics tools.
