Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions

• Manage a team of financial analysts

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes

• Offer guidance on financial strategy

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial objectives with business goals

• Ensure precise financial reporting

• Drive enhancements in processes

• Contribute to strategic planning and risk evaluation

• Lead the annual FP&A budgeting process and set financial targets

• Analyze financial performance through variance, trend, and profitability assessments

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses

• Develop and maintain intricate financial models

• Assess financial performance of business units, product lines, and projects

• Design, implement, and enhance FP&A processes, systems, and tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A roles

• More than 3 years’ experience with SAP, Excel, PPT, and Tableau in a business partnership context

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or equivalent experience

• Experience with Apptio (preferred)

• Background in the retail industry (preferred)
