Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the end-of-quarter landing processes, ensuring daily forecasts and prompt communication of results.

• Work alongside Finance Business Partners and sales teams to project financial outcomes of business initiatives, such as promotions and strategic investments.

• Assist in business reviews by gathering, analyzing, and reporting results to provide business insights and influence decision-making.

• Coordinate sales forecasting cycles for global renewals, specifically supporting the AMER region.

• Relay forecast results, changes, upsides, and risks to the VP Sales and staff, Finance Director, and Finance Business Partners.

• Provide both strategic and tactical support for the annual budgeting and planning processes.

• Foster innovation in financial reports, analyses, and models.

• Collaborate with various functions and establish relationships across geographies to promote best practices and enhance automated financial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.

• International experience or exposure is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Strong technical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Anaplan, Snowflake).

• Experience in a fast-paced environment and with global tech companies is preferred.

• Ability to work on Pacific Time Zone or PST hours is ideal.
