This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the enterprise SAC Administration Guide along with its accompanying documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with developers and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Convert technical recordings and knowledge transfer sessions into well-structured administrative documentation.
• Ensure that administration documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, audit-ready, and aligned with production functionality.
• Oversee document version control, approval processes, review cycles, and archival procedures.
• Manage SharePoint repositories, documentation tracking tools, and governance materials.
• Set and uphold documentation standards, templates, and quality controls.
• Create governance documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to guarantee that technical documentation accurately reflects implemented functionalities.
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, including profit and loss (P&L), headcount, balance sheet, expense, and capital planning.
• Generate variance analysis and management reporting schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services during monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Communicate issues related to business and financial performance, and work on resolution or action plans.
• Provide insights into business and financial performance, along with identifying risks and opportunities.
• Oversee financial reviews and approvals for purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage ad hoc analyses, projects, and process enhancements.
• May supervise one or more direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise planning solutions.
• Strong skills in documentation and technical writing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) administration or support.
• Familiarity with SAP BPC planning.
• Knowledge of SOX, audit controls, and governance processes.
• Experience in developing training materials and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions.
• Understanding of Finance planning processes such as Forecast, LBE, Plan, and LRP cycles.
