This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Evaluate AI-generated deliverables that simulate real-world finance, investment, advisory, banking, brokerage, or insurance tasks.
• Review task directives, supporting documentation, final outputs, and evaluation feedback.
• Assess whether the outputs mirror genuine professional workflows.
• Identify significant financial, regulatory, analytical, or operational concerns.
• Determine if the completed tasks would be functional or acceptable in a genuine professional setting.
• Evaluate the realism of tasks, including descriptions, constraints, figures, and anticipated deliverables.
• Take into account relevant US market conditions, regulatory frameworks, suitability, and insurance standards.
• Analyze financial models, forecasts, budgets, valuation analyses, and other analytical outputs as applicable.
• Review calculations, assumptions, methodologies, reconciliations, and conclusions.
• Evaluate budgets, forecasts, close-related documents, treasury functions, and financial management outputs.
• Assess investment analyses, portfolio-related tasks, securities documentation, and financial recommendations.
• Examine personal financial planning and advisory situations for appropriateness and client context.
• Review banking, brokerage, and insurance operations like account servicing, claims, policy modifications, and customer service scenarios.
• Evaluate considerations related to SEC, FINRA, and US state insurance compliance.
• Review existing yes/no grading assessments against completed work.
• Evaluate overall quality of work products and assign a suitable quality band.
• Compare independent assessments with reported evaluation scores and clarify any discrepancies.
• Professionals in US finance, investment, advisory, banking, brokerage, and insurance with substantial experience.
• Financial Management: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Controller, FP&A Lead, Treasury professional, Finance Director, or similar finance leadership positions.
• Direct responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial closing, or related finance processes.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, planning, and decision support mechanisms.
• Securities & Financial Services: Active Series 7 along with Series 63 or 66 licenses.
• At least 4 years of professional involvement in securities and financial services.
• Practical experience in executing trades or managing a personal client portfolio.
• Strong grasp of suitability, securities regulations, and brokerage practices.
• Personal Financial Advisory: A minimum of 4 years of experience advising individual client households.
• Practical experience in formulating and reviewing financial advice.
• CFP or Series 65 certification is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with suitability and client documentation.
• Financial & Investment Analysis: Over 3 years of professional experience creating financial or investment models utilized in real decision-making.
• Proficient modelling, analytical, and financial reasoning capabilities.
• Banking, Brokerage & Insurance Customer Service: At least 4 years of professional experience on a service desk for banks, brokerages, or insurance carriers.
• Hands-on experience in managing claims, policy changes, account servicing, or similar client issues.
• Strong understanding of financial services protocols and documentation.
• Significant hands-on delivery experience within the US financial services or insurance sector.
• Near-native proficiency in business English.
• Ability to provide clear written rationales for professional judgments.
• Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, PDFs, and other relevant professional documents.
• Capable of verifying figures, calculations, and internal consistency.
• Experience solely outside the US market may not offer adequate exposure to necessary regulatory requirements.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
• Part-time independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
