Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to deliver financial, operational, and strategic guidance, facilitating informed decision-making and enhancing business performance.

• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes in partnership with managers and executives to create precise financial plans.

• Provide management, executive, and Board reporting that includes performance analysis, trend evaluation, and statistical insights.

• Utilize Microsoft Power BI and IBM Cognos Planning Analytics to analyze extensive datasets, improve reporting, and uncover business opportunities.

• Perform scenario modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and financial assessments to pinpoint efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, accompanied by CA or CPA qualifications (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partnering or advisory capacity, offering financial, operational, and strategic support in a dynamic environment.

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including the creation of management, executive, and Board-level reports.

• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with significant experience using Power BI, managing large datasets, data warehouses, and advanced Excel skills.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influence, with the capability to provide decision support and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.

• Familiarity with IBM Cognos Planning Analytics and experience in managing complex, multi-site or geographically dispersed service organizations would be advantageous.
