Finance Application Consultant – Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional finance support across standard Oracle ERP modules, such as Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, E-business Tax, and GL WEBADI.

• Assist with Project Accounting tasks, including Project Costing and Project Billing.

• Offer functional finance support for client-specific finance integrations within the client solution architecture.

• Facilitate Customer Integrations, Exchange Rates Integrations, Accounts Receivable Integrations, Project Accounting Integrations, and General Ledger Integrations.

• Oversee the monthly opening and closing of General Ledger accounting periods in the client's Production environment.

• Execute monthly finance-related tasks in non-production environments, such as opening periods and uploading exchange rates.

• Supervise Finance integrations through Daily Check activities.

• Partner with the client-side Finance Product Owner.

• Participate in weekly ticket review calls with the client, alongside the Client Service Delivery Manager.

• Provide ongoing functional finance support across Oracle EBS Financials and related ERP integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong comprehension of Oracle EBS Financials.

• Familiarity with the integration of Oracle Financials modules with other Oracle Standard ERP modules within an ERP system.

• Functional expertise in Oracle Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, E-business Tax, and GL WEBADI.

• Experience in supporting finance integrations involving customers, exchange rates, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, and General Ledger.

• Background in assisting with monthly General Ledger accounting period opening and closing activities in production environments.

• Experience executing finance-related activities in non-production environments.

• Proficiency in Finance integration monitoring and daily operational checks.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with Finance Product Owners and Client Service Delivery Managers.

• Eligibility to undergo further vetting required for the position.

• Current SC clearance or eligibility for SC clearance, subject to necessary vetting.

• UK national without dual nationality and less than 28 days spent outside the UK in the past 5 years.

• Legally authorized to reside and work in the country where the position is based without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Availability to work under a PAYE via Umbrella company arrangement.
