Finance and Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive bookkeeping for agency services and e-commerce brand activities.

• Manage reconciliations across multiple entities and various payment models.

• Enhance client quoting, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.

• Supervise accounts payable operations, including vendor payments and bill management.

• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank, credit card, and inventory accounts.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Assist with operational and administrative tasks as required.

• Recognize pricing efficiencies and process enhancements as the role evolves.

• Provide support for leadership decision-making through precise financial reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical bookkeeping/accounting experience in an agency or eCommerce setting.

• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online.

• Knowledge of eCommerce-specific accounting tools like Finaloop.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle accounts receivable/accounts payable and international payroll processing.

• Sound knowledge of multi-entity accounting and eCommerce revenue models, including Amazon and Shopify.

• Direct experience with small-to-medium digital agencies or boutique service teams is a plus.

• Practical experience using Finaloop for automated eCommerce accounting is advantageous.

• QuickBooks Online or Certified Bookkeeper certification is a plus.

• High level of operational independence and responsibility for the financial function.

• Exceptional numerical precision and meticulous attention to detail.

• High integrity and discretion when managing sensitive financial and payroll information.

• Clear and proactive communication skills.

• Must reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.

• Must possess a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet dedicated workspace for remote work.

• Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with PST.
