This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Gather and evaluate financial data for the organization.
• Collaborate with business and finance leaders to provide valuable analysis.
• Create metrics to monitor, analyze trends, and predict the effects of strategic initiatives.
• Oversee forecasting and budgeting activities, including quarterly forecast submissions, rolling forecasts, and budget planning based on assumptions with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Work alongside finance and accounting teams to assist with the month-end close process.
• Direct month-end financial reporting, including variance analysis, key trends, and actionable insights for VP-level stakeholders.
• Enhance financial and operational analysis through reporting, forecasting assistance, demand/capacity modeling, workforce metrics, and data-driven insights.
• Discover, design, and execute opportunities for data and process automation.
• Provide financial oversight for technology investments and workforce-related decisions.
• Assist with new technology acquisitions and ensure adherence to financial and procurement policies.
• Collaborate with BTS and operational leaders on strategic initiatives and financial clarity.
• Generate established reports and create new reports for internal stakeholders.
• Offer performance commentary and insights based on specific knowledge and analysis of the area.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial or data analysis.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting IT functions or holding previous roles in IT Finance is preferred.
• Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with relevant financial systems and project management tools, including OneStream, Peoplesoft, Workday, ServiceNow PPM, Planview, or Apptio.
• Experience utilizing data and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, or Alteryx.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to present financial insights to senior leadership.
