Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Support the Finance Manager in producing financial information accurately and on time.

• Aid in daily accounting and end-of-period processes.

• Execute journal entries while ensuring alignment with supporting documentation.

• Assist in gathering and organizing materials for external audits.

• Collaborate with stakeholders by supplying necessary documents and resolving accounting discrepancies.

• Provide assistance with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Help in the creation of financial and administrative reports.

• Contribute to the upkeep of the contract database.

• Assist with cash reporting and bank reconciliation tasks.

• Maintain, update, and document internal controls and the GRI manual for financial processes.

• Aid in the preparation and execution of electronic payments.

• Serve as the system administrator for the travel and expense management platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background at least at the Bachelor level (e.g., HEAO-BE or SPD Bookkeeping).

• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in an international setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of administrative processes related to accounting.

• Demonstrated accounting and analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with financial software.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Capability to prioritize tasks while remaining adaptable and customer-focused.

• Excellent interaction and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Intermediate understanding of Dutch, with reading and comprehension skills.
