Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide captivating training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience for retail partners, department stores, and sales personnel.

• Mentor store teams in their daily activities and assist with the practical application of their training.

• Plan and conduct training sessions, events, classroom training, and webinars.

• Convey the brand's identity, collections, product unique selling points (USPs), and fitting expertise.

• Aid retail teams in enhancing customer consultations, experiences, and sales performance.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with department stores and retail partners through regular on-site visits.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to share feedback and insights gathered from stores.

• Work alongside Product Development and internal stakeholders to convert product knowledge into effective training.

• Innovatively create training modules and materials.

• Rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of the brands, collections, and products.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Marie Jo, PrimaDonna, and Sarda.

• Travel frequently within the North Rhine-Westphalia region.

• Join an international training team dedicated to collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in a retail setting, such as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Coach, Trainer, or a similar position.

• Experience in coaching, employee development, or team leadership is a plus.

• Familiarity with the fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong passion for our brands and a deep understanding of delivering high-quality customer experiences.

• Enjoy inspiring, motivating, and supporting individuals in their development journey.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in delivering presentations to groups.

• Customer-centric approach coupled with a commercial mindset.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and the capability to manage travel, planning, and various stakeholders efficiently and reliably.

• Independent, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Constructive attitude towards feedback and a passion for sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Team-oriented spirit, authenticity, and a practical, down-to-earth mindset.

• Fluency in both German and English is essential.

• Applications and communications for this role will be handled in English.

• Ideally located in the Düsseldorf or Cologne area.

• Regular travel across North Rhine-Westphalia.

• Frequent visits to Belgium for training, meetings, and collection launches.
