Field Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Install and provide support for IDEXX diagnostic equipment, products, and services in veterinary clinics.

• Offer education, onboarding, and training to teams at veterinary clinics.

• Diagnose hardware and software issues and assist customers in finding effective solutions.

• Develop strong, lasting relationships with veterinary professionals and clinic teams.

• Work in collaboration with commercial and internal support teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Advocate for IDEXX products and services to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and positive clinic outcomes.

• Travel extensively within the designated territory to offer in-person support to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or a related Science discipline.

• Extensive experience in the veterinary field, preferably as a Senior Veterinary Nurse, Team Leader, Practice Manager, or in another leadership role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Proven experience in providing technical support and resolving customer issues.

• Confidence in delivering training and education to various groups.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to research solutions for complex challenges.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and foster positive working relationships.

• Familiarity with veterinary medicine, clinic workflows, or diagnostic processes.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 85% of the time, within the assigned territory and work independently across a large geographic area.

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or an equivalent qualification is highly valued.
