Field Supervisor, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Strategize and prepare for well site operations, playing a key role in job planning and design.

• Oversee third-party Wireline Service teams during the assembly, calibration, and operation of equipment.

• Provide on-site troubleshooting assistance and conduct root cause analysis.

• Ensure compliance with Company and client HSE, operational, and QA standards.

• Assist in sales initiatives by planning and executing client demonstrations.

• Execute safe, efficient, and high-quality field operations.

• Build and sustain strong client relationships through exceptional service and continuous communication.

• Work alongside client representatives to ensure well site activities meet their expectations.

• Discover opportunities to improve service delivery.

• Educate and assist third-party operators during pre-job preparation, field operations, and post-job maintenance and reporting.

• Develop and implement knowledge of current and emerging technologies and procedures.

• Create precise and timely job documentation, reports, and data files.

• Organize, monitor, and document routine servicing and maintenance of assigned equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of downhole intervention experience within an Oilfield Services setting.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in both offshore and onshore production.

• Graduate of an engineering post-secondary program.

• EIT eligible for P. Eng designation or possess relevant equivalent experience.

• Proven leadership skills, including direct supervision and coordination of personnel and/or equipment logistics.

• Exceptional customer service abilities along with strong planning and organizational skills.

• Capability to take initiative in delivering remote projects.

• Proficient in working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively on an international basis.

• Clean Driver’s Abstract.

• Police Clearance required.

• Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Screening and a Physical Assessment.

• Must possess required industry safety certifications or be willing to obtain them upon hire.

• Offshore-specific certifications, including Offshore Survival and MIST, H2S, 1st Aid & CPR, WHMIS, and PST, may be necessary depending on the assignment.
