Field Services Enablement Specialist, Technical Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main subject matter expert for Ridgeline's technical implementation methodology, encompassing API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivity.

• Collaborate with Product Management to convert new product features and customer insights into scalable implementation standards and best practices.

• Define, document, and continually enhance standardized implementation methodologies for technical integration workstreams across customer engagements.

• Establish and uphold a delivery assurance framework to ensure partner-led implementations adhere to Ridgeline's quality standards.

• Facilitate and support third-party consulting partners through onboarding, training, office hours, documentation, and structured shadowing.

• Create and manage technical learning pathways and curriculum for Ridgeline Academy.

• Provide strategic direction for complex customer implementations and technical design choices.

• Work in conjunction with consulting teams, sales teams, and implementation partners to devise scalable integration solutions for investment management organizations.

• Identify inefficiencies in implementation, promote process enhancements, and lead change management initiatives.

• Gather implementation and partner feedback to shape product improvements, tooling, and delivery methodologies.

• Develop scalable partner enablement frameworks to shorten partner ramp-up time.

• Share knowledge, mentor consultants, and foster ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have work authorization in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

• Over 5 years of experience in implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a strong focus on technical integrations.

• Proven experience in implementing B2B software, preferably within the investment management or financial services sector.

• Profound understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, system-to-system integrations, and enterprise integration architectures.

• Practical knowledge of Python or Java utilized in implementation or integration settings.

• Experience in developing, standardizing, or enhancing implementation methodologies across various customer engagements.

• Demonstrated capability in enabling, mentoring, onboarding, or training consultants, partners, or customer-facing teams.

• Ability to influence and promote the adoption of new implementation standards without direct management authority.

• Strong consulting presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience collaborating with Product Management to steer product direction through implementation insights and client feedback.

• Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuously improving implementation quality and operational efficiency.

• Eagerness to learn about innovative technologies while developing expertise in a business domain.

• Aptitude for problem-solving and effective communication in fast-paced environments.
