Field Service/Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to customers in the field.

• Conduct maintenance and repair services at customer locations.

• Provide solutions that extend beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on equipment utilization.

• Instruct customers on the proper use of equipment.

• Engage in frequent travel to customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics field (Preferred).

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Windows-based applications.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Experience or education in mechanical or technical fields.

• Background in electrical work, customer service, military, software/hardware, pneumatics, or HVAC.

• Ability to perform routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Capability to frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally from 56 to 100 pounds.

• Competence to push, pull, grasp, and demonstrate manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Ability to operate in confined spaces.

• Regular daily travel to customer locations.

• Occasional use of power tools.
