Field Service/Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to clients in the field.

• Perform maintenance and repair services at customer locations.

• Provide solutions that extend beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on the proper use of equipment.

• Train customers on how to effectively operate equipment.

• Frequently travel to customer sites, typically on a daily basis.

• Function independently while being a customer-oriented team player.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).

• Technical training in the biomedical or electronics field is preferred.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Windows-based programs.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication capabilities.

• Mechanical or technical experience or education.

• Background in electrical work, customer service, military service, or software/hardware.

• Experience with pneumatics.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems.

• Ability to perform routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds.

• Capability to engage in pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity tasks.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Regular travel to customer sites is expected (daily).

• Occasional use of power tools may be required.
