Field Service Technician – Home Appliance, TV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Hisense televisions and home appliances at customers' residences.

• Deliver professional, courteous, and effective service to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

• Accurately complete service reports, repair documentation, and parts requests utilizing mobile applications.

• Uphold high standards of service quality, first-time fix performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee assigned service inventory and return defective parts as necessary.

• Engage in technical training programs and certification courses offered by Hisense.

• Adhere to all company service procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a field service setting.

• EPA Certification and proficiency in fridge sealed system repair.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in repairing televisions, major appliances, or consumer electronics.

• Preferred knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, and electronic components.

• Comfortable utilizing smartphones, tablets, and service management applications.
