This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment.

• Provide support for hardware and software solutions.

• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize client callbacks.

• Educate clients on the use of Pitney Bowes equipment during installation.

• Operate in a fully client-facing role as a representative of Pitney Bowes.

• Manage a multi-zip code territory that necessitates considerable travel.

• Utilize hand tools or small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Ensure a safe and tidy work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mechanically skilled; takes pleasure in working on and repairing mechanical or electrical components.

• Possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• Capable of lifting 55 lbs or more with or without assistance.

• Willingness to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% of time spent driving.

• Able to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended durations.

• Complete proficiency in a Windows environment and basic understanding of PC and Networking (Preferred).

• Previous experience with automated equipment (Preferred).

• Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
