Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide field service through troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, installation assistance, and functional testing.

• Cultivate relationships with Key Accounts, HoReCa, B2B, and stakeholders at customer sites.

• Oversee service recovery and manage escalations that impact customers until resolution.

• Employ structured fault finding and evidence-based testing to enhance first-time fix quality and minimize repeat repairs.

• Communicate field insights and support state TSP performance, events, and service operations.

• Assist colleagues and service partners in developing their technical skills.

• Provide support to customers in metropolitan, regional, and remote areas across Australia and New Zealand.

• Report directly to the Technical Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on field service experience with coffee machines, commercial equipment, or within a comparable electrical or mechanical setting.

• Excellent customer-facing communication abilities.

• Confidence in assisting B2B clients, handling service recovery, and navigating complex scenarios.

• Restricted electrical license or relevant electrical or mechanical trade qualification.

• Valid driver's license.

• Safety-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently while keeping stakeholders updated.

• Flexibility to accommodate metropolitan, regional, and remote assignments.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
