Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of practices and procedures related to Field Service Technicians.

• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Conduct repairs at the component level for hardware.

• Clean and adjust mechanical elements as necessary.

• Set up and install relevant software applications.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and regular inspections.

• Replenish consumables as instructed.

• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.

• Educate customers on the operation and usage of the installed hardware and software.

• Engage in training related to hardware and software.

• Contribute to the implementation of strategies to meet established KPIs.

• Support special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet requirements.
