This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signage, and gaming controllers.
• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond swiftly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Execute Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to the schedule, and carry out assigned service activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide documentation support.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-installation documents to identify necessary parts for installations.
• Collect and accurately report service activities utilizing field service management reporting tools.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high customer service standards.
• Self-manage and execute daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
• Operate designated service vehicles equipped with GPS and real-time camera monitoring systems.
• Safely and efficiently operate a box truck.
• Travel daily within the assigned territory, with potential regional and national travel up to 30%.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
• Able to obtain a gaming license as required; Aristocrat will assist with the application, payment, and renewal after hiring.
• Willingness to travel daily in the assigned territory; regional and national travel may be up to 30%.
• Self-starter with flexibility, adaptability, high organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and achieve goals.
• Capable of communicating effectively and constructively with customers and coworkers.
• Preferred: experience as a slot technician, in field service of technical products, or related diagnostic work.
• Preferred: experience in the field, being on call, and traveling for work.
• Preferred: background in electronics, mechanics, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Capable of pushing up to 250 pounds with the use of moving equipment.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders.
• Good manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and eyesight.
• Able to drive and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Capable of safely and efficiently operating a box truck.
• Ability to work in a crowded, noisy, and smoky casino environment.
• Willingness to travel with little or no notice and for potentially extended periods.
