Field Service Engineer – ESS, PV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Address technical questions and resolve issues promptly

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade tasks

• Work in conjunction with project management teams during the commissioning and site acceptance stages

• Ensure adherence to operational protocols and health and safety standards

• Keep precise and current documentation for existing and future service agreements

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or substantial experience as an electrician

• Proficiency in both English and French (C1 level)

• Ready to undertake on-call responsibilities

• Possess a valid driving license

• Willing to travel extensively throughout France

• Previous experience with battery storage solutions is advantageous

• Skills in Chinese (Mandarin) would be a plus but are not required

• Comprehensive knowledge of the European solar energy market, as well as PV, ESS, and EV charging products, would be greatly beneficial
