Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently and promptly.

• Maintain and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within a designated territory.

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, and system overhauls.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

• Engage with customers to identify and implement suitable solutions.

• Organize and prioritize customer concerns effectively.

• Proactively address potential customer issues before they arise.

• Complete formal training to deliver necessary services to customers.

• Maintain or replace networking equipment such as access points and switches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Local candidate within a specified geographic area.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets NCR fleet standards.

• Proficient in PC skills, basic electronic knowledge, and familiarity with particular hardware and operating systems.

• Capacity to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Willingness to travel for extended periods, including driving several hours daily.

• Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work.

• Flexibility for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including certain holidays.

• Capability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. unaided and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

• Ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, handwork, and repetitive grasping and manipulation of objects.

• Eagerness to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts.
