Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute tasks to install machinery produced by the company at customer facilities.

• Showcase the operation of machinery to clients.

• Provide training to customer personnel on machinery operation.

• Conduct field service visits to diagnose and resolve issues with malfunctioning units.

• Repair faulty machinery in alignment with customer requests and scheduling needs.

• Capability to install, demonstrate, and train customer staff on the operation of company-produced machinery.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations for field service engagements.

• Ability to adhere to customer requests and scheduling constraints.

• Candidates may undergo pre-employment assessments, including drug testing, reference checks, employment verifications, background investigations, and/or skills evaluations.
