Field Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Set up and deploy new systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair on systems.

• Offer technical support remotely for system issues.

• Diagnose problems and troubleshoot system failures.

• Complete documentation and reporting for maintenance and services.

• Provide services in Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Gainesville.

• Assist in South Florida as necessary.

• Travel approximately 80% of the time and support 2nd and 3rd shifts.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service for medical systems.

• Over 5 years of MRI experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary capital equipment service.

• Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Capability to resolve issues related to analog and digital hardware electronics.

• Proficient in troubleshooting software and networking problems.

• Ability to understand and follow written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule-based instructions.

• A hands-on approach to work.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Competent in working independently as well as within a team.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.
