Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Support customers with their Stratasys printers.

• Conduct installations, routine maintenance, upgrades, and preventative upkeep.

• Deliver training to customers.

• Foster and sustain ongoing customer relationships as the representative of Stratasys.

• Travel frequently to customer locations.

• Provide remote assistance while delivering field service support.

• Travel up to 70–80% each day to customer sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a field service or representative role.

• At least 1 year of practical mechanical or electrical experience.

• A reliable personal vehicle (motorcycles and bicycles are not acceptable) that has sufficient space for tools and equipment.

• Candidates must reside within the Richmond, VA, or Washington D.C. areas to facilitate travel to customer sites.

• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Required to complete the employment eligibility verification form upon hiring.

• Preferred: 2-year Technical Degree.

• Preferred: An additional year of mechanical or electrical experience.

• Preferred: Experience in Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM.

• Preferred: Background in remote work.

• Preferred: Strong customer-facing abilities.

• Preferred: Proficient in computer technology.

• Preferred: A self-starter with a self-reliant attitude.
