Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Support customers in utilizing their Stratasys printers.

• Conduct installations, routine maintenance, upgrades, and preventative maintenance tasks.

• Deliver training sessions for customers.

• Foster long-term customer relationships as the representative of Stratasys.

• Engage in regular travel to customer sites.

• Work remotely while visiting customer locations.

• Provide critical field service support for Stratasys.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a field service or representative capacity.

• A minimum of 1 year of practical mechanical or electrical experience.

• A dependable personal vehicle (motorcycles and bicycles are not acceptable) with adequate space for tools and equipment.

• Candidates must reside within the Richmond, VA, or Washington D.C. area for travel to customer sites.

• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Completion of the mandatory employment eligibility verification form is required upon hire.

• Preferred: 2-year Technical Degree.

• Preferred: An additional year of experience in mechanical or electrical fields.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM.

• Preferred: Experience in remote work settings.

• Preferred: Strong customer-facing skills.

• Preferred: Proficient in computer technology.
