Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site services that encompass preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training for all product lines.

• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate instruments at customer locations within the designated region.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Organize travel itineraries.

• Execute administrative responsibilities related to service operations.

• Provide service primarily to customers in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

• Report directly to the West Region Field Service Manager located in Torrance, California.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in working with electronic schematics, testing equipment, and repair tools.

• An associate's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Willingness to undertake frequent overnight travel, with total travel reaching up to 90%.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a passport.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
