Field Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer expectations and build strong relationships.

• Organize customer meetings to collect feedback and address any concerns.

• Manage service contracts and ensure compliance with their terms.

• Quickly identify and resolve issues related to service delivery.

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Service staff.

• Facilitate team meetings and provide updates on technical matters.

• Conduct audits of venues, vehicles, and tools to uphold standards.

• Manage employee training, schedules, and leave in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure adherence to WH&S regulations.

• Analyze data and manage dashboards to monitor performance.

• Address customer calls and resolve faults efficiently.

• Oversee parts inventory and ensure accurate utilization.

• Coordinate P&L management, including overtime and contract revenue.

• Ensure all SLAs are fulfilled to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and sustain cross-functional relationships.

• Strong customer focus with the capability to swiftly identify areas of concern.

• Previous experience in team management and service delivery leadership.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to analyze data and generate insightful reports.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead by example.

• Experience in the gaming industry or a related field is advantageous.
