Field Service – Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on assistance to customers in their locations.

• Conduct maintenance and repair services at client sites.

• Provide solutions that extend beyond just repairs and maintenance.

• Educate staff on the usage of equipment.

• Instruct customers on how to utilize equipment effectively.

• Engage in frequent travel to customer locations, typically on a daily basis.

• Operate autonomously while being a team-oriented, customer-centric professional.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly with Windows-based software.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Background or education in mechanical or technical fields.

• Experience in electrical, customer service, military, or software/hardware domains.

• Familiarity with pneumatics.

• Experience in HVAC systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

• Technical training in biomedical or electronics fields is preferred.

• Capability to perform routine activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting.

• Must regularly lift, lower, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, and occasionally handle 56 to 100 pounds.

• Ability to engage in routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and demonstrate manual dexterity with hands, arms, and shoulders.

• Capacity to work in confined spaces.

• Regular travel to customer locations is expected (daily).

• Occasional use of power tools is required.
