Field Service Agent, Career Changer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the company's on-site representative, serving as the initial point of contact post-sale.

• Foster customer confidence through a polished and professional demeanor.

• Perform millimeter-precise LiDAR scans of clients' residences.

• Execute drone imaging for photovoltaic (PV) planning purposes.

• Record findings using the designated application.

• Finalize post-processing tasks within a 36-hour timeframe.

• Schedule appointments independently and group them regionally within a 400 km radius.

• No prior technical knowledge is necessary.

• Must be willing to travel within a 400 km radius.

• Availability to work on occasional weekends is required.

• A valid driver’s license is essential.

• Must be comfortable using smartphone applications.

• Openness to learning about LiDAR and drone technology is important.

• High attention to detail and integrity in data collection is expected.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

• A genuine enthusiasm for driving is a must.
