Field Service Agent, Career Changer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the company's representative on-site post-sales, fostering customer trust.

• Execute millimeter-precise LiDAR scans at customers’ residences.

• Perform drone surveys for the planning of PV systems.

• Record results using the application.

• Complete post-processing tasks within 36 hours.

• Independently schedule appointments and organize them regionally within a 400 km radius.

• Ensure customers receive an exceptional appointment experience following their purchase of a heat pump or PV system.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous technical experience necessary.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability and willingness to travel within an operational radius of up to 400 km.

• Openness to working occasional weekends.

• Proficient in using smartphone applications.

• A receptive attitude towards emerging technologies like LiDAR and drones.

• High standards of accuracy and integrity when gathering data.
