Field Sales Representative – Oncology/Hematology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the introduction of a new product in the designated territory

• Establish a sustainable market presence

• Formulate customer and account strategies informed by market, organizational, and potential analyses

• Convert brand and launch strategies into effective initiatives across personal and digital platforms

• Convey scientific information and therapeutic concepts to specialist physicians, clinics, and oncology centers

• Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and field teams

• Actively provide pertinent customer insights

• Create customer engagement, training, and networking formats in line with applicable regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed a degree in a scientific field, pharmaceutical sales representative training, or a similar qualification

• Required knowledge as specified in Section 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG)

• Experience in pharmaceutical field sales, preferably in oncology or another scientifically rigorous therapeutic area

• Ability to present complex scientific information in a clear, persuasive manner tailored to the audience

• Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial approach

• Ability to work independently and utilize data for informed decision-making

• Proficient in digital communication channels and CRM systems

• Strong communication skills in German

• Good command of English

• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
