Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee customer relationships through consistent visits while identifying new business prospects.

• Advocate for Richardson RFPD’s technical solutions and suggest products that align with customers’ application and project needs.

• Enhance design-in opportunities and optimize product integration within both existing and prospective customer accounts.

• Utilize expertise in the electronics distribution sector and supplier network to boost market share and drive sales growth.

• Work alongside suppliers and internal engineering teams to aid customer projects from initial concept through to production.

• Keep precise records of customer and market data, encompassing target applications and industry trends.

• Generate sales forecasts, territory reports, and market analyses, aiding in the development of regional growth strategies.

• Remain informed about the latest technologies and supplier product roadmaps through continuous training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the electronic components distribution sector.

• Background in Radio Frequency.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is a plus.

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Spain.
