This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Promote and sell the company’s exterior and interior home improvement products and services to clients.

• Conduct sales visits primarily at customers’ residences and engage in trade shows and industry events.

• Evaluate customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.

• Create and negotiate customized pricing quotes.

• Present warranty details and financing alternatives.

• Complete sales contracts and related documentation.

• Measure products using industry-standard techniques to ensure installation specifications are met.

• Identify and acquire new customers both inside and outside assigned Home Depot locations.

• Foster local relationships and educate store associates about Home Depot Installation Services offerings.

• Seek referrals and maintain connections with store management and associates.

• Participate in sales and store team meetings to enhance sales techniques and expand product knowledge.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• High school diploma and/or GED is typically required for this position.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is necessary.

• Previous experience in in-home or virtual sales is preferred.

• Prior experience in the home improvement industry is preferred.

• Successful lead generation experience is preferred.

• Proficient in computer and application skills, including email, iPad, and various apps.

• No previous leadership experience is required.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry 8–20 pounds.

• Comfortable with regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors.

• Overnight travel is typically required about 5% of the time.
