Field Safety Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and advocate for safe work practices across ongoing construction projects.

• Design, implement, and uphold safety plans tailored to specific projects.

• Perform site safety observations, audits, and risk evaluations.

• Provide safety training, toolbox discussions, and individualized coaching.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards set by the company, clients, and regulatory bodies.

• Assist in incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the development of corrective measures.

• Evaluate safety performance metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Foster robust relationships with project teams, contractors, and client representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction safety management.

• At least one year of experience in Electric Transmission & Distribution (ET&D) or safety management for high voltage construction.

• Possess, or be willing to acquire, a Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).

• Trained in OSHA 30 (Construction).

• Currently certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and promote safe practices in the field.

• Ability to operate in outdoor construction settings.

• Willingness to travel or relocate as necessary.

• Subject to drug testing and background checks mandated by the client.

• Must adhere to the auto insurance policies of EPC Services Company.

• Must possess the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
