This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee and direct Brooks’ field support initiatives at Specialty and Big Box accounts within the designated territory.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots initiatives.
• Work in partnership with Sales management and Marketing on National Account sell-through strategies and in-store promotions.
• Achieve established sell-through objectives for a specified store base within the territory.
• Educate and inspire retail associates, runners, and affiliates about Brooks' technology and product leadership through clinics, visits, and events.
• Represent Brooks at national and select local running events and expos, including setup, breakdown, collateral distribution, consumer engagement, and product trials.
• Complete weekly field notes documenting visits, clinics, and events.
• Provide feedback on products and competitors.
• Appear in product videos for YouTube, Myagi, educational platforms, and social media as required.
• Manage and maintain annual product-seeding and corporate-card budgets.
• Submit monthly expense reports.
• Ensure the appearance and functionality of the leased company vehicle and Brooks equipment.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the designated territory or an agreed-upon radius of the supported sales area.
• BA or BS degree in Marketing, Sales, or Retail Management, or a comparable combination of experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Retail is required.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in the Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with performance athletic footwear, sports bras, apparel, accessories, and related technologies.
• Understanding of biomechanics related to human motion and basics of injury prevention is highly preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, including managing a calendar, contacts, and budget.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to relate to runners and understand their needs to foster authentic relationships.
• Skill in strategically utilizing an annual budget to benefit both the territory and the brand.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for prolonged periods.
• Frequent travel is required.
