This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Facilitate patient access to essential therapies by addressing access obstacles through virtual education for healthcare providers and their support teams.
β’ Inform healthcare providers and staff about approved financial assistance programs for patient support.
β’ Offer reimbursement expertise regarding payer landscapes, policies, prior authorizations, medical-necessity letters, appeal templates, quantity limits, stocking information, and access pathways.
β’ Aid healthcare providers in compliantly troubleshooting retail pharmacy claims for eligible patients.
β’ Keep up-to-date with managed care, reimbursement trends, and healthcare regulations and policies, including those related to Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
β’ Collaborate compliantly with field team representatives to receive engagement requests and relay interaction outcomes.
β’ Relay access concerns and issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
β’ Exemplify ethics and integrity while fostering compliance and stakeholder trust.
β’ Complete various tasks or project assignments as needed.
β’ Preference for candidates who can type a minimum of 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
β’ Flexibility to travel when necessary is preferred.
β’ Adhere to HIPAA regulations within program guidelines.
β’ Meet training deadlines for corporate policies and procedures concerning access to confidential data.
β’ Utilize only approved materials, resources, and talking points.
β’ Consistently follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
β’ Successful completion of a background check and, if applicable, a drug screening.
