
Field Reimbursement Manager, Allergy ENT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Act as the field expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and alternative funding for Dupixent.
• Serve as a liaison for Dupixent MyWay Patient Support Services and collaborate across departments to spearhead Dupixent pull-through initiatives.
• Facilitate the education of office staff regarding prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance options.
• Strategize and execute regional business plans to ensure appropriate access to Dupixent.
• Stay informed about local and national payer landscapes, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria.
• Develop effective relationships with both internal and external customer groups.
• Collaborate with Alliance colleagues to foster respect and customer-centric focus.
• Establish connections with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to enhance patient access and awareness.
• Conduct HCP office visits as necessary to support pull-through efforts and address escalated issues in a compliant manner.
• Operate within compliance to minimize cycle time and boost conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.
• A BA/BS Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector or related fields.
• Prior experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, training, and programs as needed; additional travel may be required within the assigned area.
• Proven track record of success in cross-functional teamwork and working in a matrixed and co-promote environment.
• Highly motivated and dedicated to achieving success.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict management and the ability to build robust working relationships.
• Capacity to adapt to change and respond positively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to achieving and maintaining compliance with applicable Sanofi-Genzyme policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory obligations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Approximately 50% travel required, depending on geographical area.
